Description	Everything's in the title... It's easy to add a midi binding, yet to remove one the only solution so far is to wait the 30 second timeout.

colinf 2009-12-17 17:27 updater ~0007245	<Control>+<middle click> a second time without sending any MIDI controller data when "operate controller now" is showing seems to clear the MIDI assignment. I suppose this could be made a bit more discoverable somehow.
