| Description | Linking automation data to a region would be very desirable. In many occasions one wants to move/edit a region while retaining it's effects (for example an Ambisonics rotation effect). In the appropriate "locked automation" mode, moving a region would move ALL the automations associated to the track. This is a common feature in other mainstream DAW's such Protools. The but is related to: 0001181: drag whole automation but 0001181 is about dragging automation separately from the region. | ||||

Hi there. Thanks for the report. This is implemented in Ardour 3, but won't be put into version 2 as that version is feature frozen. |
