| Description | Hi, this is very weired: Ardour saves my favourite plugins and on its next startup doesn't recognize these plugins and delete the from the file. e.g. ardour: [ERROR]: unknown favorite plugin type "http://invadarecords.com/plugins/lv2/delay/mono" - ignored ardour: [ERROR]: unknown favorite plugin type "1778" - ignored I deleted my .ardour2 dir and created a new session, but it always happens. What I don't understand is that it just appeared a few days ago, but I'm using 2.8.3 since its release day. The only thing (that I remember) I did in the meanwhile was compiling Ardour 2.8.3 with the patch from http://tracker.ardour.org/view.php?id=2388 and installing it. Then I downloaded 2.8.3 again, compiled it without the patch and re-installed it. | ||||

I can confirm this behaviour in 2.8.3, when adding the Invada delays to my favorites. But when using 2.0-ongoing (rev. 6042) the favorites list stays intact. So it seems to be fixed by some recent commits, already. |

this is believed fixed in 2.8.4. please confirm so that we can close out this bug. |
