| Description | Within a defined loop range, auto return does not function. The playhead stops and starts wherever it is parked. It would be good to be able to always play from the start of a loop range. | ||||

This has been re-worked quite considerably in SVN and will probably see the light of day in 2.8.4. The new behaviour is much closer, if not exactly, as you have requested. |
