Summary0000287: Transport position ardour reports when starting transport is 2*period_size delayed.
Description
When you move playhead to the start and start recording, the first
position a transport slave sees is 2*period_size.

This is of course because of the jack_transport API imposed delay.

ardour should however wait with the transport for the clients.
it would wait for slow sync clients also i guess.

this is reproducible with hydrogen and gAlan.

there was also a problem with rosegarden reported.
