Summary0002840: Track/bus inspector, and track header port selection
DescriptionBoth of these bugs related to the same problem, so i've put them together.

Test Case:
74 Tracks
31 Busses
Master

When i select the port in popup in the editor mixer for a track, it will only display the first 20 or so available ports, and the rest are below screen level, unreachable, because although we have a scroll bar, it's the same size as the entire height of the popup, and will not do anything. This is the same for ports out in the editor mixer, and in the track/bus inspector.

The track bus inspector is unusable at the moment, as the moment it is opened, it starts quivering side to side at a formidable rate, rendering ports unreadable, and any hope of "nailing" the port selector impossible.

Completely repeatable. (Can't stop it)

I can't reproduce these problems here. Could you perhaps attach a screenshot of the window you mention for the "popup in the editor mixer for a track"?
