Summary | 0002532: function to show tracks with regions under the playhead, and hide all other tracks
Description | Add a menu item (with an accelerator key) which filters track visibility based on whether the track has a region under the playhead. In other words, if you are working on a portion of a song which only utilizes a few tracks, there should be an easy way to hide all the tracks without audio/MIDI in that portion. I believe Logic has something like this.

Implemented in A3 SVN revision 6207. |
|
Does not work in Revision 14207(official package as downloaded from ardour.org) While the check-marks in the tracks/busses panel behave as expected when selecting "show tracks with region under playhead", the editor does not. The tracks are still visible. Further checking the empty boxes in the tracks/busses panel is not possible, if I uncheck one of the remaining boxes, all other boxes are checked and checking that now empty box restores the view in the panel to normal. |
