| Description | It seems that you cannot insert a region at any point beyond the first pane of the editor window at the start of a session. The insert region operation is silently ignored if the insert point does not belong to the first zoom spanned screen. |

| Additional Information | As a workaround, to insert a region in a starting location that is after the first editor screen pane, one has to keep on the start of the session and increase the zoom span until the desired location shows up on screen. |
