| Summary | 0002356: Ardour 2.5alpha OSX native intel: track rename oddity | ||||
| Description | When renaming a track by clicking its name once, the new name is shown in the track header. When renaming by pressing the "p" button and choosing "Rename", the new name entered in the dialog does not show up in the track header. But when renaming /again/ using the "p" button, the last entered new name appears in the dialog. | ||||

I think you are confusing "rename playlist" with "rename track". The rename from the p button is for renaming playlists only. Does this make sense? |

|
Yes it does - this clarifies a lot. Thank you - close this one too. |
