| Description | Ardour hangs upon quit and answering the dialog ("just quit"). | ||||
| Additional Information | This is because it can't seem to stop the jackdmp process. When I force jackdmp to stop, Ardour shuts down nicely. My jackdmp process comes from JackOSX 0.77 and resides in the /usr/local/bin/ folder. Version is 0.71. Oddly enough - on Ardour startup I choose to use jackd, yet jackdmp shows up in de process list. The hang occurs also when I choose jackdmp as server. Included the relevant part of my console output. | ||||

Nope, not since 2.7.1, where jackd and jackdmp are built in. Good job. I'm on 2.7.1/4296 now. This is the latest non-paid-for version, I kinda wait for 3.0 before I upgrade to a paid version. But this problem doesn't occur in 2.7.1 anymore. |
