Summary	0002222: Signal stream and plugin misbehavior in rev 3287
Description	Steps to reproduce: 1. Create New Session 2. Add Mono Track 3. Select the new track 4. Open Editor Mixer (Shift-E) 5. Add "Comb Splitter" (or presumably any mono-to-stereo plugin) to the Pre-Fader FX bin 6. Delete the plugin 7. Repeat Steps 5-6 TWO more times --A signal stream warning dialog appears the third time (maybe sooner) 8. Now add a mono plugin --Multiple instances of it show up The behavior gets flakier from there. Sometimes a half-dozen or so instances of a plugin will show up, even occasionally in the post-fader bin! Also, often the warning dialog appears several times in a row.
