Summary0000222: playhead does not move on playback
Descriptioncreate a fresh session with one master track. now set the options to not stop on end of session. then disconnect all ins and outs of the master track.

now press play and the playhead will not move. press stop and the playhead appears at the new position.
Additional Information
I found out about this phenomen when testing rohans jack.udp package. i just connected the master outs of an existing session to the jack.udp ports and ardour's playhead stopped moving. All meters show the audios signal though and the audio was played back on the remote end of the jack.udp connection.. There seems to be some correlation of whether an alsa pcm port is connected to the output of the master track.

I tried connecting the inputs of another ardour track to the outputs of the master and again the playhead stopped moving.

I found the bug to be reproducable though with the procedure in the bug description above..

fixed in CVS.

there was an error computing the audible frame when ardour had no connections to physical JACK ports.
