Summary	0002145: Double clicking in midi region with midi tools sometimes locks midi tool in use (different to 2140)
Description	While editing a midi region, if you double click in the region with one of the midi tools (pencil, eraser, select), it locks it on that tool, if you click one of the other tools from the toolbar, it highlights that icon but the previous tool is still in use. Clicking on another track and then changing tool again, allows you to change tools normally again.
Additional Information	This is after applying hansfbaier's patch from 0002140 (Fix UI freeze) and 0002131 (Fix note editing)
