Summary	0002092: time rulers are not initialized correctly on startup
Description	On startup the time rulers (SMPTE, min/sec) are messed up (see screenshot). After a temporary zoom, they are all right.

hansfbaier 2008-02-21 00:45 reporter ~0004741	This patch fixes it, but I am not shure, whether it is an elegant solution. (I tried to add Editor::compute_fixed_ruler_scale() to the editor constructor and to initialize_rulers, but none of it showed any effect)
