Summary	0001990: Audio setup should not display "JackRouter" as a possible CoreAudio device
Description	When jackdmp server is running, JackRouter (the jack/CoreAudio bridge driver) appears as a possible driver in Audio setup. This is confusing since it does not make sense to select this driver. The "jackRouter" driver should be removed from the device list.
