Summary0001958: ardour does not remember if the light theme is used

if i start ardour and change the user interface theme to 'light' on the next
start of the same session, the 'dark' theme will be used again.
i tried changing the permissions of the
/usr/local/etc/ardour2/ardour2_ui_default.conf file, as well as to copy it
into my /home/.ardour2 folder but it is not helping.
