Summary0000194: add compositor track only useful with unreleased software.
DescriptionThere should be a runtime check for the compositor software. If it's not there, don't display the menuitem.

we now check for a file called "AniComp" in PATH. if found, the item is displayed. anything more sophisticated will require some design lockdowns in the CMT compositor.
