| Description | when exporting a session to a wav file, ardour spits out pages of "export position is now 1297920 =>0.0941399%" and then crashes with the progress bar at about 5-10% saying "Killed". | ||||

this problem was a JACK bug, now fixed in CVS.... |

the crash is fixed, but export still does not work correctly for me. the output .wav file ends up silent. plain 48khz export, no resampling or other conversions, and of course i ticked a couple of tracks in the export window. the console says: [...] export position is now 13786112 =>0.999926% export position is now 13786624 =>0.999963% export position is now 13787136 =>1% we have reached the end, with stop = 0 [repeated for pages, and then:] cannot use real-time scheduling (FIFO/9) (1: Operation not permitted) i think this issue should be re-opened as a "bug" (no longer a crash), but i think only developers can do that... jesse? |

no crash, but output file (which was resampled from 48 kHz to 44.1 kHz) is extremely fuzzy (like pink noise). The "fuzzyness" increases with the intensity of the sound. |
