| Summary | 0001805: Frontier Tranzport link breakdown | ||||
| Description | When sending many events (e.g. quickly turning wheel) the link to the Tranzport device breaks down and recovers after about 10 seconds. | ||||
| Additional Information | I wrote a small application where i could resolve this problem by creating a separate thread just for reading from the USB device, and double-buffering the received events. If the device's events are not read in time the syncronization seems to break down, and a reset takes a long time. USB interrupt handler runs with RT-prio. | ||||
