| Description | there was another report about the buttons changing the color if you move the mouse over them, but since i don't find it now and i remember it as resolved, i open another report, so here it: -mute track, the button color don't differ when the track is muted it is not muted -rec-enable-track, the button change the color in sth like green -mute-track when rec-enable-track is on, the mute button change the color in green, but i am not able to unmute, as long the rec-enable-track button is on. when rec-enable-track button is off, i can unmute again. -the mute-track button behaves the same in the mixer. -rec-ready (general-the big one) button looks the same if it is on or off. -play button looks the same if play is on or of. -loop button too (actually all 5 huge buttons from "play loop" till "rec-enable" do not change the color when they are on or off). -the audition button does not seems to work at all, clicking "audition" just nothing happens and the color does not change too. -only the solo button, which still has the old behavior "changing the color when moving the mouse over it", give me the possibility to see if it is on or off (if i do not pointing with the mouse in that moment) i choose "major" here, cause it really makes every work unpossible if i do not know if the rec-ready is on or not and also very confusing, not knowing if the track is muted or not. i hope it is possible for you to understand the report! cheers, doc | ||||

i just found out, that removing .ardour2 dir and reinstalling ardour2 makes this strange behavior gone! the only one i still have here is: rec-enable-track(color changes)/mute track(the button gets yellow/unmute track, the function works, but the button becomes green. if i mute one more time and than unmute, the button gets the normal color. but this is only a small issue and it does not affect the work at all, so please someone closes this report! cheers, doc |

there is still an issue with the mute button under some circumstances, yes. i will fix it tomorrow. |
