Like all application names in the GNU world use non capital letters to execute the command, this is not true for putting text on the application window border. You would find this fact in 90% of the applications out there;). |

This would break translations of the window titles. |

Well, different languages don't translate a name, so that should be a quick fix, even for a person only mastering one language;). |

I'm wondering how we should refer to ardour/Ardour in the documentation. Obviously the command name is "ardour", but if referring to the program more generally, is it "ardour" or "Ardour"? Is "Ardour" only to be used for the name of the entire project, or is there no "Ardour" at all? |

Within the documentation, application and command names for A/ardour should be referred to using an entity reference. I've added an entities file to the documentation and defined a few entities(that may be incorrect) so this is now possible. |
