| Summary | 0001485: Excessive Selection with Right Click | ||||
| Description | When left clicking on a track to select it, then after that, right clicking on a track, it of course brings up the context menu for that track, but it also selects it, in addition to the one that was selected before. The expected behavior is to only select the track you right click on. | ||||

our model is that if you right click on a track to bring up the context menu, you probably want to apply an operation to that track. since increasingly operations are carried out on selected tracks, the right button press must select that track. if you don't want to operate on that track, don't right click on it. |

Sorry, I don't think I made myself clear;). Of course, the track should be selected when you right click on it. The problem is that if there is another selection active, it will not go away, so now, after right clicking, you got two tracks selected. |
