| Summary | 0001462: Ardour disconnects from Jack without return after recording | ||||
| Description | Hi, this one is easy to reproduce for me. Everytime I hit STOP after recording something Ardour disconnects from Jack showing the usual message box. The trouble is whenever I try to reconnect I can do so but Ardour always fails in reconnecting the Tracks' ins and outs until I restart Ardour. I'm pretty sure I compiled the latest SVN version of Ardour but the about box says version 0.99.2. So I guess it's version 0.99.2. Thanks in advance, Dennis | ||||
| Additional Information | Ardour 0.99.2 (??) Jack configuration: - Driver: alsa - Audio: duplex - Interface (in & out) Digi96 ADAT - 8 channels in, 8 channels out - Realtime: yes - Soft mode: yes - H/W meter: yes - Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz - Periods / Buffer: 2 - Everything else is either "No" or default values | ||||

The problem doesn't appear with ardour2. So imho it's safe to close this issue. Thanks, Dennis |
