Summary	0000145: Track/bus pre and post metering should follow selection and input/output config.
Description	Pre and post track/bus metering should show the number meters for that input/output. i.e. mono input one meter, stereo output 2 meters. This should switch with the pre and post sellection. Also pre metering should be default with the button sellecting post when required.

paul 2003-11-26 02:07 administrator ~0000201	first part of this bug is resolved. a simple fix applied to paul's codebase, november 25th 2003. i don't agree that pre-metering should be the default. so i have left that part out.
