Summary	0001366: VST support not working: "Cannot get VST information from *.dll"
Description	I've had VST support working fine recently, but since a few revisions ago my VST plugins are not added to the plugin dialogue. On startup, Ardour says it's scanning for plugins along /home/flowbot/vst, but outputs this to the terminal for each plugin it finds: Cannot get VST information from .dll (I had previously deleted all the .fst files from my vst directory when using an ardour not built with vst).

paul 2006-12-19 21:00 administrator ~0002936	this was resolved by remembering that the user needs to set the Z: partition under wine to point to the filesystem root (/). this has been added to the VST documentation.
