| Description | At the moment the audio import dialogue just says 'Importing Audio' with an accompanying progress bar. Could the dialogue be made more verbose by adding, say, the name of the file that is being imported, the track name/number that it is being imported into, the timecode point to which it is being imported and if it is being re-sampled, the original file sample rate and the new converted sample rate. I'm sure there are other things, but that would do me. | ||||

If it's imported very quickly, and the dialog just flashes by, would that be more annoying than helpful? |

No. I appreciate the fact it's there when files are imported _not_ quickly. And that behaviour exists already (dialogue flashing by when files imported quickly), I'm just asking for the existing dialogue to have more info in it. |

The import procedure has now been re-worked, this is no longer an issue. |
