Summary	0001213: If a track view has no output busses assigned, the pan area is undefined
Description	For example, if you are using Ardour with only the direct outs, no bussing, then the track viewer on the side will have an "undefined" area where the panners usually go. By "undefined" I mean that it is not redrawn if you drag a window across it.

paul 2007-03-13 12:08 administrator ~0003570	it turns out that a Gtk::Viewport doesn't redraw its background area if it has no "child" widget. added an event box when no panners are in the viewport. fixed in rev 1581
