| Summary | 0001189: Export multiple wav files from a session | ||||
| Description | Most Audio CD burning programs accept one wav file per track. Right now when I "Export Session" the only choice is to export one huge wav file with a TOC or CUE file which takes the track information from the Range Markers, and the text data from the Location window. It would add more flexibility if when exporting a track one could choose to export one single wav file or several wav files. One caveat, if exporting multiple wav files it might be nice to preview the locations window before commiting to the export to make sure that the correct tracks are being created | ||||

i believe that ardour2 now has the feature you are describing. it will export each defined range to its own file, using the export file name as a template. if this is not the case, please feel free to reopen the report. beta release of ardour2 expected in 1-2 weeks. |
