| Summary | 0001134: Stereo Pan Automations Are The Devil | ||||
| Description | Well, i use stereo tracks often. I'm living in Hell. -when autopan are in 'write mode' the last dot 'writed' sometime vanish, connecting the previous dot with the new one i am writing. Result: EVIL diagonal line -The Purest Hell comes when i try to manually edit those dots. I cannod ADD more dots because there are two envelopes (left and right) and it seems there is NO way to filter out the first while editing the second. When i remove a dot sometimes new dots pops up in some other places, screwing up the lines. At the end i manage to get those EVIL dots in the right way using "trial&pray&error" and re-writing some parts. I save. I Quit. I Reload. then... BAM! those bastard dots are screwed AGAIN! Some dots are missing some are added (the one i deleted the time before). I'm going nuts. Don't worry, I still love you * | ||||
| Additional Information | Ardour is great, but my love for this application is making my life a Painful Inferno. So please - fix your linked list algorythms for stereo pan automations - give to us foolish mortals the power of adding new pan dots in multichannel environments (like stereo tracks) T H A N K S! | ||||
