No, it is not. These devices use a proprietary interface that the manufacturers are not willing to have revealed in an open source application. Over the years I have had occasional talks with Universal Audio who make the UAD-1, which is a nice dedicated DSP PCI card. They are not completely against a Linux driver for their devices, but they and I have never had the time to get down to the details. For the TC PowerCore, I got a completely negative response from them.

Note, however: if you are on OS X and have a CoreAudio compliant app that can use the PowerCore, you can wire it together with Ardour using JACK.
