Summary	0001043: Allow startup with no mixer window
Description	Almost every time I start Ardour, the first thing I do is close the mixer window. It's a small thing, but it would be nice to have an option to start without the mixer for those of us running Ardour on small, single screens. Additionally it would be nice to start with the editor / mixer strip on the left activated, although it would obviously have to be greyed out or something if there's no track selected.
