| Summary | 0010314: renamed midi and audio port names are not stored / after reboot the default names appear | ||||
| Description | Dialog: Edit - Preferences - Midi -MIDI Port Config Renamed midi ports always have the default name after reboot. User defined midi port names are not really stored. Same in the "REC Window" : Both audio and midi port names change to the default names after reboot. Under Windows 7 all this works fine, not with Ubuntu Studio Linux (24.04 LTS). I use a lot of midi devices and multiple audio ports. With those very long default names it is impossible to work effectively. | ||||
