| Summary | 0010266: Midi note length not snapping to bar properly when dragging via cursor in Piano Roll | ||||
| Description | Greetings. I am having an issue with the note length not snapping to the grid bar properly in the Piano Roll window. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Drag the end of the note close to a point in the grid, it should snap. The end result however, is the note's length isn't snapped exactly where it was supposed to. | ||||

This needs a detailed recipe, starting from the creation of a new session, please. |

I am unable to upload it here for some reason, despite it being under 2mb, but here is a screen recording. https://streamable.com/d6uqih |

Reproduced here: - create a new session - add a midi track - enable snapping - add/draw a new midi region and open in the bottom pane pianoroll - draw a note, switch to edit mode - extend the note to the next grid line - check the actual note length using the verbose cursor if the error is not obvious Snapping seems to be ignored on button release. |
