Summary	0010266: Midi note length not snapping to bar properly when dragging via cursor in Piano Roll
Description	Greetings. I am having an issue with the note length not snapping to the grid bar properly in the Piano Roll window.
Steps To Reproduce	Drag the end of the note close to a point in the grid, it should snap. The end result however, is the note's length isn't snapped exactly where it was supposed to.
