Summary0010168: persistent Rule markers on reboot
Descriptioni have a template where i only have Range Markers and Location Markers being shown at Rule. despite, every time i start a new project with this template; Bars:Beats, Tempo and Time Signature are present. deactivating them doesn't seem to work as they return every time the project is open again

I just opened the tracker to report this, and found your report.
In my case, the project always return to the default setting when I save and reopen it. The unselected rulers returns every time.
