Could you elaborate what "disables ALSA for the current project" means? You can always change backend in Ardour Menu > Window > Audio/MIDI Setup. What happens when you do that? |

I went and changed and this time it works when i add a new track. however tracks i added before do not give any sound when i play the instrument. |
