| Description | -Open `Keyboard Shortcuts` dialog -Type text into search field -Click on item in the action pane above the search field to apply focus to this section (so that magnifying glass icon becomes visible again) -Now click on magnifying glass icon, which is programmed to clear the search field. This is where question arises, what should happen when icon is clicked on and field is cleared. Probably best to provide an example. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | CURRENT BEHAVIOR EXAMPLE -Click on "Global" tab -In search field type "virtual keyboard" -Click on "Virtual Keyboard" item in results -Then click on the magnifying glass to clear the field -Focus does not get applied to search field -Focus remains in action pane but that "virtual keyboard" item now is no longer visible in action pane EXPECTED BEHAVIOR -Click on icon -Search field clears -Focus is now back in the Search field so user can just start typing a new search | ||||
| Additional Information | Bonus -Even though focus is now in the Search field, might be nice to have the action pane auto-scroll to show the current selected/highlighted item, in the center (vertically) of the action pane. Which from the example above would be "Virtual Keyboard" action. Thank you to anyone who reads this | ||||
