Summary0005329: Controller doesn't effect grouped gains
Description1. Create Multiple Tracks.
2. Create a group containing tracks and check to group gain control.
3. Dragging the fader in the gui confirms the gains are grouped.
4. CTRL-Middle Click and assign the fader to a controller (I used a fader on a Behringer BCF-2000)
5. Move the controller to change the gain.
6. The gain is only changed on the one track that the controller was assigned to istead of the entire group.

A work around is to assign that controller to every track in the group but it's time consuming.

this may be related to why a single track's fader automation does not change the other tracks in the same group

Agree, Ardour 4.0, BCF2000 in Mackie mode, the same behavior. When i move any fader in group by mouse, it's OK - other faders move also and the control surface as well. Moving fader on control surface has impact on the one fader only.

It?'s probably not related to automation, because in my session are no track, no automation (buses only).
