Summary0009578: Change tempo doesn't work
DescriptionChanging the tempo of the added sample doesn't work in 8.1 and 8.2.
It doesn't matter if the file is wave or flac ... both don't work.
Steps To Reproduce- Open a new session 48 khz, 24 bit
- dag'n'drop the added sample into Ardour to create a new track
- press T and than shrink or grow the sample

Additional info: It seems that with 120 bpm set shrinking the sample to one bar seem to work

Is only a problem if I build Ardour from source or use the Debian provided versions but does not happen with the official build

not an issue with ardour.org builds.

maybe an issue with the version of librubberband used on some distros, but unclear.
