| Description | In the current GIT version, if you play back an existing automation for the fader of a track, the fader moves, but it has no effect on the sound. The actual gain is only updated whenever you stop and restart playback. I hope this is reproducable in every Ardour session; otherwise I will try to narrow it down further. | ||||

Update: * It also occurs in release 3.5.74, BUT: * only if the track is record-enabled. So it might not be as critical as I first assumed. |
