Summary | 0007293: The opened session is marked as modified all the time
Description | Frequently Ardour will not remove the "*" symbol from the filename and consider session modified, even when no change was made after saving the session. Hence, even if I save the session manually and immediately after attempt to close Ardour, it will ask if I want to save again. Also - the "*" symbol never vanishes from the titlebar. Can anybody confirm this?

That was already fixed in git. An automation line in in "play" mode would have done this. There may be more cases, though. Can you try if a http://nightly.ardour.org (or local git) build still produces this issue with your session, and if so, please attach the .ardour session file which produces the issue. |

I think it's fixed now. Arodur 5.11 doesn't seem to do this anymore. |
