Summary | 0009991: Shortcut - Sidebar - Toggle between both drop downs | ||||
Description | Not sure how valid this would be just yet. This is referring to the Edit pane RIGHT sidebar and Mixer LEFT sidebar. Even though there are two separate shortcut slots, both of these sidebars share the same hotkey to toggle them on/off, which by default is SHIFT+L "Show Editor List" "(Mixer) Show Sidebar List" The Edit pane RIGHT sidebar and Mixer LEFT sidebar have both been redesigned with a dual drop down approach. Suggesting to offer a new shortcut that would toggle the view inside these sidebars from the one drop down view to the other drop down view. For example if drop down on left had "Regions" and the drop down on the right had "Clips" it would toggle between the two chosen views. If this is added I think both the EDIT and MIXER sidebars would get there own specific shortcut for this toggle. This would be similar to what I mentioned at top of this post, where the both the EDIT and MIXER sidebars "show" shortcuts are separate shortcut actions even though they are assigned to the same shortcut SHIFT+L.
