Summary0009938: Metronome other than quarter note pulse completely borked
Description1. Setting metronome to "eighth" note gives 1/2 note pulse, conversely setting metronome to "second" gives 1/8 note pulse - other values also flipped

2. Setting metronome to quarter note pulse and then later changing to other division gives completely unexpected and unuseable results, including shifted regions, shifted playhead and playback. Different sessions produce differing and unexpected results. Concrete example and screenshots follow.

I just tried the recipe again and the regions only moved ahead 10 bars each time.

Also changing the pulse to 1/8 and 1/16 suddenly produced no output whatsoever.

MIDI also goes out of time.
