| Description | Carla is reported installed OK, but cannot be instantiated. This happens both with Carla Rack and Patchbay. The log window reports 2025-05-18T09:14:15 [ERROR]: LV2: Failed to instantiate plugin http://kxstudio.sf.net/carla/plugins/carlarack 2025-05-18T09:14:25 [ERROR]: LV2: Failed to instantiate plugin http://kxstudio.sf.net/carla/plugins/carlapatchbay The console log displays: lilv_lib_open(): error: Failed to open library /usr/lib64/lv2/carla.lv2/carla.so (/lib64/libinstpatch-1.0.so.2: undefined symbol: g_once_init_leave_pointer) | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | dnf install lv2-carla Then try and instantiate the plugin in Ardour. | ||||
| Additional Information | The same installed plugin loads correctly in other host, e.g. Reaper. Is this caused by mismatched GLib versions? | ||||
