Summary | 0009926: Rhythm Ferret is 100% garbage and doesn't work. At all.
Description | After scouring the internet for weeks, I found some interesting leads with this guy's scripts (which I don't know how to load). But in short the searching fully confirmed my suspicions: Rhythm Ferret is completely broken and useless. I've tried in over 20 sessions, and only had (very limited) success in 1. In the other sessions it completely decimated the original track making it unusable and requiring me to close Ardour and reload an older save file. And in some sessions it just hard crashes right away and you have to do the "recover session" thing on next boot.
Steps To Reproduce | Open Ardour Record a standard stereo drum track. Select edit and Rhythm Ferret. Watch chaos unfold and do absolutely nothing useful with your track.
