| Summary | 0009913: Need for better precision when using time stretch | ||||
| Description | Could more decimal places be implemented for the calculations thereof? | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. I load an audio file on a track. 2. Using the values from this table, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WeZGLQulk0sBdmJN5PDJ0GVLDm-d4NixTjqmfNFB4xE/edit?usp=sharing I lower the pitch and tempo with, say 4 semitones. 3. So I use 125.992105. IT TRUNCATES TO 125.992 4. Later on, I need to restore the original tempo and pitch. 5. So, using the same table, I use 79.3700526. It truncates to 79.370 6. The result - The "restored" track is significantly different in length from the original. 7. To see that, I load the same track as from step 1 to another track and compare them (see attached screencap) | ||||
| Additional Information | If more decimal places would be implemented, this could help a lot! | ||||
