| Description | Sorry if I make sth. wrong, this is my first bug report. On two computers, both with Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, one running Ardour 8.6, the other 8.7. Strange behaviour with the audio settings, some crashes. Sometimes Ardour crashes on start, or has difficuties when opening a file. On quit Ardour doesn't restore audio for other apps as it always did before. I have to switch to the usb interface manually, else audio runs on internal speakers. | ||||

| Additional Information | Maybe this is only with Ubuntu 24, I had 20.x before taking a longer break with Ardour and updated to 24.x before resuming audio work. | ||||
