Summary	0009773: duplicate on sample using range select does not move foward, only stacks
Description	when selecting a range to then duplicate using (ctrl + d) , it will start to stack instead of moving forward.
Steps To Reproduce	select a sample and drag it to the playlist select the sample with some space to the right ( range select ) press ( ctrl + d) press it again it will start stacking, when it should continue moving to the right with the same offset.
