| Summary | 0009669: Insert Time does not move VCA Automation |

| Description | If you select all tracks in your project, also the VCA tracks which have only automation inside (in my case) and you want to insert time before all tracks (here position 0:0:0), all tracks that have midi data are moved but not the automation of the VCA tracks. Please see attached picture.

| Steps To Reproduce | - create some midi/instrument tracks at time 0:0:0
- create some VCA tracks with automation of the faders also at 0:0:0
- select all midi and all other tracks
- start "Insert Time" feature and insert some beats at position 0:0:0
- all midi tracks are moved but the automation of the VCA tracks are not moved
