Summary0009650: Shuttle Pro detected but doesnt work
DescriptionMy Shuttle Pro is detected by ardour but the program does not respond to the wheel or the buttons . In preferences- control surfaces ardour reports it detected. I had previously thought that this may be defective hardware however I installed from AUR shuttlepro-v2-git which shows that the computer sees the button presses and wheel events.

I have added the following udev file to /etc/udev/rules.d/

SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0b33", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0030", MODE="660", GROUP="audio"
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0b33", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0020", MODE="660", GROUP="audio"
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0b33", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0010", MODE="660", GROUP="audio"

the wheel now works briefly then ardour crashes with the attached error ( Screen shot ) I have to admit I found this googling , I am a little out of my depth here :)
